Everything starts with a dream or an idea. But getting from the idea phase to the plan phase can be daunting for many reasons… not knowing how, self-doubt, lack of confidence, uncertainty, fear, and more.
I developed the DreamPlan workshop for women who have a desire to start a business, but they’re unclear about whether:
- the idea stacks up
- they can bring it to life
- that people will want it
- that it will be worth it.
In this workshop I guide you through a number of important steps that will help you to have more clarity, confidence and commitment. This includes getting clear about your:
- strengths, values and aspirations
- your ‘why’ and purpose in life (aligning this to your business idea is essential)
- skills, capabilities and capacity to work on the business (this will influence the type of business model you need)
- your potential business offerings as well as clarifying the problems you are solving and who you are solving them for.
The details
To get the most out of our time together, I will ask you to complete a pre-workshop activity which will take approximately 2-3 hours.
The DreamPlan is an editable Word document that you will receive after the workshop. It will include and summarise the outputs that were developed during the workshop.
The cost for the 3 hour 1:1 DreamPlan workshop is $195. This includes your pre- and post-workshop activities, and 2 weeks of email support.
