You have a BizPlan, a BrandPlan and your legal work is sorted, so … now it’s time to connect with your tribe! In this 3 hour workshop you’ll create a GrowPlan that is the best fit for your business – and for you.

As every business is different, the GrowPlan workshop is tailored to suit your business’ needs. Rather than casting a wide net of marketing activities that makes getting things done difficult, in this workshop you’ll develop a GrowPlan that is specific, measurable, affordable and doable – a plan that plays to your strengths and capabilities; a plan that you know you can manage well. 

Below are some examples of marketing activities that we may cover (depending on your needs):

  • Local network marketing: how to find your networks, raise your profile locally, find referral businesses, cross-promotions, and speaking/events.
  • Social media marketing: understanding the different channels and finding your perfect match, how to set up/run your preferred channels and grow connections online; and Facebook advertising.
  • Content marketing: blogs, newsletters, articles, getting published, and repurposing content.
  • Getting found: SEO to improve your online findability; business directories; Google advertising and analytics.
  • Outsourcing work: finding providers to help you with your business.
  • Developing collateral and printing.
  • Creating opt-ins, offers, call to actions and giveaways.
  • Client feedback, testimonials and reviews.
Putting yourself out there can be challenging, and trust me, you can waste a lot of time and money looking for easy ways to grow your business. So to end this workshop, and to celebrate your amazing little victories in reaching this point, we’ll look at a few key ways that you can stay focussed, positive and on track to reach your dream business goals.

The detail

To get the most out of our time together, I will ask you to complete a pre-workshop activity which will take approximately 2-3 hours.

The GrowPlan is an editable Word document that you will receive after the workshop. It will include and summarise the outputs that were developed during the workshop and sets out all the marketing actions you have agreed to carry out.

The cost for the 3 hour 1:1 GrowPlan workshop is $295. This includes your pre-workshop activities, your GrowPlan, and 4 weeks of email support.
